Getting Started

Install Whiskers, grant the right permissions, choose a transcription model, and learn the recording HUD.

Install Whiskers

Download the app, drag it to Applications, and open it for the first time.

Grant permissions

Whiskers needs Microphone and Accessibility access. Screen Recording is optional.

Your first dictation

Hold Fn, speak, release. The transcript pastes where your cursor is.
