30-Day Refund Window
Direct purchases of Whiskers are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. The refund window starts on the date shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, email support@whiskers.sh with your refund request. Include the email address you use with Whiskers so we can match the request to your license and purchase record. You can also include your Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt email if you have it.
- Refund requests are reviewed against the purchase date, order status, and license delivery records.
- Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy using the original payment method.
- After a refund is processed, it may take up to 10 days to appear on your card or bank statement.
Eligibility And Abuse Limits
We may refuse refund requests outside the 30-day window or requests involving abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, repeated refund cycling, or violations of the Whiskers Terms of Service.
